Matt PelissierMatt Pelissier is My Chemical Romance's former drummer. He helped Gerard Way form the band after Way asked him to add some drum tracks to his rough version of Skylines And Turnstiles. Matt took part of the recording of their two first albums I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love and Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. While touring in 2004, the band wasn't satisfied with his live performance and also, according to Gerard, he caused conflict between other band members and himself. "It was hard to tour with someone who wasn't willing to work as a team", said Way. He was finally removed from the band and replaced by Bob Bryar. After MCR, Pelissier worked as a mechanic back in their home state of New Jersey. In the Summer of 2006, together with George Collazo, he started Strong Arm Studios, a fully functional recording studio located in Harrison, NJ. |
